2. Decoration Services & Bookings

PreSou Dream Events acts as an event decoration platform. We offer decoration packages including but not limited to balloon setups, floral arrangements, room decorations, and customized event setups.

• Service Area: We provide services in select cities (e.g., Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad). Availability is subject to your exact pin code.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email or SMS.
• Substitutions: Due to the nature of balloon and floral decorations, exact colours and materials may vary slightly from the images shown. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Venue Access

To ensure a smooth setup, the customer agrees to the following:

• Venue Permissions: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from the venue (hotel, banquet hall, society, etc.) for our decorators to enter and set up the decoration.
• Access Time: You must ensure the setup area is available at the scheduled time. Decorators require a reasonable setup window (typically 1 to 3 hours depending on the package).
• Safety & Equipment: You must provide a safe working environment. Ladders or stools may be required from the venue. We are not responsible if the setup cannot be completed due to venue restrictions (e.g., no sticking tapes on walls).

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of standard taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery or convenience fees may apply depending on the location and package selected, which will be displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using our secure third-party payment gateways.

5. User Accounts & Security

You may be required to register an account using your email and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your password and OTPs). PreSou Dream Events is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and rescheduling rules are designed to be fair to both our customers and our decorators. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms regarding timelines, eligible refunds, and rescheduling constraints.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PreSou Dream Events and its decorator partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

We are not responsible for the deflation of balloons or damage to the decoration once the setup is completed and handed over.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions. In such events, we will work with you to reschedule the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of PreSou Dream Events or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
